What is God's plan?
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord,
"plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Will God deliver on His plan?
"Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
God's power is at work "within us!" God has given us over 90 missionaries, men and women who are ordained, commissioned and lay, as His foot soldiers on the front line of outreach of the Gospel. This outreach is shared in over 35 different languages and dialects!

Mission of the Month: POBLO-TX
Rev. Karim Baidaoui is the Mission Director of POBLO-Texas. From his conversion to Christianity from being a Muslim, to his ordination as a Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod pastor in 2005, Karim has been convicted to share the love of Jesus with the lost. Working on his own for a couple of years, one began to wonder how the work of spreading God's holy Word with the ever expanding Middle Eastern population was going to happen. God solved that problem!
Today, three missions have been launched, all led by Middle Eastern men who are on paths to becoming LC-MS pastors. Vicar Sabir Bashir serves the Lutheran Student Center at the University of Texas in Arlington, Mr. Gian Din serves All Nations Lutheran Church at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Plano and Mr. Irfan Wilson serves Our Savior Church of All Nations at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Rockwall.
Muslim women are the greatest overlooked, most neglected mission field in America today. Due to the restrictions of Muslim culture, outreach to Muslim women isn’t something pastors can do. To solve this problem, God has blessed this ministry with Nita Karki (Nepal), Yirgalem Ketema (Eritrea), Missie Favinger (USA) and Susan Maroof (Iraq)!
May God richly bless the ministry of these men and women missionaries as they reach Muslim men and women for Christ!
